Workforce Management Specialist

The Workforce Management Specialist will gather data, implement, train customers, and provide after sales support on the relevant systems. Service calls, multi-tasking, and possible requirement for travel  local and international.

Skills Required

  • At least 3 years experience in system integration, networking and Time and Labour management.
  • Kronos Workforce Central implementation experience is essential and Workforce Dimensions implementation and Dell Boomi will be advantageous.
  • Custom report writing advantageous.
  • Detailed knowledge of labor management, demand, and labor analytics advantageous
  • Experience in writing and executing software test plans.
  • Relevant work experience in a Business / Systems Analyst or Functional Design type role on Technology Projects.
  • Ability to coordinate, organize and multi-task to achieve fast-paced projects.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Time management and project management skills.
  • Experience of interfacing to other systems is advantageous.
  • Experience working in complex business environments and in high-pressure.

  • Latest MS Server versions
  • Understanding Mobile technology
  • knowledge on Cloud computing
  • Knowledge of various browsers
  • Presentation skills are a requirement.
  • Soft kills associated with effective customer communications and account management
